Excellent Communication

The thing that impresses me most about Bob Moore Ford is the open communication with the service writers. Within minutes of handing my car over they send a text giving them a method of communication of issues and myaelf a way to check on the progress. Other dealerships have made me wait for hours with no answers other than “we’re working on it”, so frustrating. Thanks Josh for the great service! But really, everyone I’ve worked with has been great. Thank you all. Merry Christmas!

First Service Visit

Jeff was outstanding and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. My only concern was after I had signed the paperwork, I had no idea where my vehicle was parked since this was my first visit.

Amazing

Starting problem

I had an intermittent starting problem. Sometimes when you turn the key iy wouldn't start or crank,no noise at all. Intermittent electrical problems are hard to diagnose but they kept working on it until they found the problem. Jeff in service would call to keep me informed. Great service department.

Excellent Service

They were very professional, quick service, Ryan was very knowledgeable and polite. Did a recall and a Works oil change quickly and for a very fair price

Great car buying experience

Recall and broken windshield

Jeff was very nice and wanted to be helpful but was unable to approve for warranty the damaged cracked windshield . I owned this my first ever truck for less than 6 weeks . I’m 69 years young. The recall was a minor repair and Jeff showed me with the hood up what the problem was.

Awesome buying experience! (2019 Ranger)

Kermit is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I had a exceptional buying experience from walking in the door to driving away in my 2019 Ford Ranger. Kermit was easy to talk to and listened to my wants and needs before, during, and after the test-drive. The Ranger was priced affordably, and the offer for my trade was fair, with no haggling required. Also, Chad, in Finance, was very knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to, and understood my needs for financing. I will most definitely be keeping Bob Moore Ford in mind for future vehicle purchases, as this was the smoothest, most hassle free vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.

exceptional service, staff that cares A perfect team.

Awesome service, very knowledgeable, A team of sales staff that go out of there way above and beyond. Our sales person britney, very helpful very personable.My wife and I would recomend britney to our friends. Infact we have already. I also want to say that chuck and the managers there are awesome. And eric the mechnic was also very helpful and family like. This is the second car we have purchased from bob moore and you can count on us to be back again for sure.
