Awesome Experience!

Great customer service

Josh was the person who helped me with getting a new motor and provided excellent customer service. He made sure that I had a ride and my motor covered by my warranty.

Service Advisor, Ryan, did a great job.

Ryan did a great job as our advisor! He was very attentive to our needs and concerns, accomodating and friendly! He took great care of us. The mechanic who did the 60000 mile servicing missed filling the DEF fluid, didnt lube the front end grease zerks and forgot to change the air filter (it hadnt been changed in 45,000 miles).

Recall taken care promptly

Service staff was pleasant and courteous, they quickly got to my recall. They text me when my vehicle was ready for pickup even before I was ready to come after it.

Salesman always great have developed a friend ship

I am a self employed Hvac company our service trucks are our livelihood . Charle Boyton and I have Ben buying trucks and selling service for many years and when my trucks are down I feel that I am priority thank you bob moore . Great service

Bob Moore ford should feel luck that they have Dusty on their team. He made sure my car was completed and took care of everything. I highly recommend their service department. Also Earl was a great help and took excellent care of us.
