Took my Ford Edge in after the brake system failed. Shop was able to get it in, troubleshoot the problem and affect the repair. Very professional staff

The guys in the shop are just great!!Very informative and polite! I also needed a ride when I dropped it off. Everything was just great! There are a few more recalls on my vehicle and I'll be taking it here for those also!!

Satisfied but disappointed
Dusty did a good job as my advisor. Everything went well. I'm disappointed in my warranty that I bought from the dealer. They said that the issue isn't covered. Not sure why/how, but the issue is due to someone elses fault. Not mine. So there is a defect somewhere behind the dash that is allowing a lot of water to come in and flood the floor of my Edge Sport. According to the service dept, it was going to cost over $400 to diagnose the problem...then they could tell me how much to fix. I cant afford that gamble. What if it was another $600 to fix. I guess I'll have to live with moldy/mildewy carpet until I get rid of the car.

I always, as a woman, feel comfortable, getting my car serviced here. These guys are always respectful, kind, and not at all condescending. I never feel bullied or pressured, and trust what they say I need. They take excellent care of me and my car!

Good service, helpful and courteous personnel.
Needed oil, change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off. Service was good, was met and service tech explained to me that if I wanted to wait that would be great or they would take me home or work. I was very satisfied with service and the way I was treated .
