Great support!!
I highly recommend Jeff Gann, service center tech. Jeff listened to my concerns about my Ford Explorer, not only did he take care my of problems. Jeff took care of any recalls the Explorer had. Jeff also offered a courtesy car for me to get around while my Explorer was being repaired.

Oil change, replace air conditioner, replace battery
Very professional and did not take longer than necessary to fix my car. Prices are reasonable. Answers all questions asked and friendly. Service is good.

Efficient and friendly
Staff was extremely courteous and answered all of questions with care and thoughtfulness. Accidentally entered from the Service Department vs. Sales doors for my vehicle purchase, and was greeted as a friend and felt important by the Service staff as well. Kermit was great to work with, and Scott Parrish was very helpful as well. Ian made the transaction smooth and painless.

Feelings
My 2017 Edge engine lite came on on my way home, brought it in to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle, it needed a engine change, which was completed, picked up my vehicle, drove it home, used it Saturday to run an errand, then when we got ready to go to church, it would not start, called dealership, service was gone for the day, talked to new car sales manager, he was very concerned and set up the tow and got a loaner until my vehicle was done. He was Outstanding, not feeling real good about the service, I know things happen, I am glad it happened local!

I have been using them since I bought my truck
I have bee very satisfied with the work they do. the service advisors never aggressively try to up sell. They are knowledgeable and out going. My only complaint is that sometimes the wait is a bit long.

New car purchases
Our recent purchase of a new Ford Edge at this dealership was excellent. The sale person and manager treated us well and with respect. They put in the effort to earn our business and exceeded our expectations. Plus I purchased a used truck from this same Bob Moore dealer in 2016 and I had a very good experience. I’m happy it’s a dealership service department I can count on. I’ve taken my vehicle for oil changes and issues that needed repair (recalls) and every time it’s been a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
