Everyone there was very helpful very nice it was a great experience don’t have any complaints everyone was straight forward and honest great dealership.

I felt disrespected the way I was treated

I felt disrespected the was I was treated because I was accused of causing my truck to break when they hadn’t even looked at it and it stayed in the same spot for a week before they decided to work on it and didn’t keep their word that was agreed upon signing the contract when it came to giving me a loaner. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone cause I don’t want them to be treated the way I was nor will I ever return for future services

Right on time.

My appointment was right on time and everything went great. No delays, no problems... just the way I like it. I appreciate the smoothness and efficient way everything was handled.

2 hour oil change

I schedule an appt. and I had to wait two hours for that, along with a tire rotation. If you accept appointments, please also be considerate of your customers time.

Great Managment

I was treated with the upmost respect at Bob Moore Ford. They helped me throughout the whole process from getting the cars I wanted to look at. Ben Hayes even made sure I was satisfied on his day off! Great management!

Better than best.

Had a warranty issue and did not buy my truck from Bob Moore Ford but Jeff in service treated me like I was a fleet buyer. This is the second or third time I’ve taken my truck there and next time I’m in the market for a new truck I will definitely go there first. Jeff is better than the best.

Followed through with their wied

Zane was great and the staff was helpful. They completed everything the promised for the purchase to happen. Clear sales process where I felt that I was being asked for what I needed to purchase the car. 3 days into our new car and so far so good.
