pleased codger

I had narrowed my search of late model Yukons to two dealers. I visited both. I chose Bob Moore. They were professional and answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers. It was quick and to the point. I was shown courtesy in spite of being a bit of a prig. I only wish they had put more than a 1/4 tank of gas in the tank.

Excellent experience

Excellent service, friendly staff, NO HIGH PRESSURE TECHNIQUES. Roger Crick was our salesman, made our experience comfortable and easy. Probably the best experience I've had buying a new car - and we've bought several over many years.

best car-buying experience ever

New car manager, Chad Ashley and salesman Jeremy Barr were great! They worked very hard to get me the csr that I wanted and I never felt pressured. They were very patient with me until I made the decision on the exact car that I wanted.I would almost rather see a dentist than buy a car, until I went to this dealership. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had.

Great purchase experience!

Chad Ashley in New Car Sales is fantastic to work with! Very responsive, very professional and we are very pleased with our deal. Adam in finance was also great to work with. Will certainly deal with them again in the future.

Purchasing my new 2013 KIA Sorento

I would recommend Michael Souri as a salesman. He was knowledgable and did not pressure us. Very helpful and made the buying experience a great one. He contacted me after the sale to see if we needed any further assistance.

Great Experience

We had a terrific purchasing experience. Dustin was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process as pain-free as possible. We never felt pressured into purchasing the vehicle, and everybody in the dealership was oriented at demonstrating the product and letting the vehicle speak for itself. We felt absolutely no "dealer coercion" and actually returned to the dealership in a few days to purchase the car. The price was great, and it's still hard to believe how smooth the whole process was. Bob Moore Subaru stands as an example to all other car dealers as to how car-buying should be.
