CTS Purchase

Best experience I've had with a big city dealership. Lamelle White, the salesman was very personable and allowed us two longer than usual test drives of the car. He worked hard to take care of us. Gary Krysynski (sp?), sales manager, was very accommodating and up-front. We reached an agreed price quickly. Also, I'd had a very bad experience with the finance people at another dealer a few years ago and told Gary I did not want that sort of experience again. The finance guy we worked with was great, the process was actually fun. Whether Gary influenced that or not I don't know but it worked out well. No complaints. Good experience.

Got exactly what I wanted

Bob Moore Kia did an excellent job. They went all the way to Little Rock, AR to pick my car up. I got exactly what I wanted and I am very, very happy with my purchase. I would go back to them in a New York second. I highly recommend them. Roger Cricks was really great.

Purchase of 2012 SRX

Most satisfying experience that I have had purchasing a new automobile. Enjoyed the sales people and the financing service also. Will enjoy doing business in the future.

New Car Purchase

The staff was very helpful and friendly. they new their products thoroughly. We were offered as many test drives as we wished without any feeling of pressure. The process of actually making the deal was straightforward and honest. It was an overall pleasant and rewarding experience. Thanks Alex!

I am a repeat customer due to the salesperson Adrian. He welcomed us,but he was already tied up with two other customers, so he had Michael help us. He was easy to get along with and answered all my questions. Took the time to show me how all the gadgets worked. Worked very hard to get us a deal we could live with. The financial person was very knowledgeable and helped us so much,besides he was friendly and tried his best to get us the best rates. I will continue to come back again and again. I also, will steer others to this dealership.
