Recently purchased a new CTS and the experience was a pleasure, Lamelle took good care of me and the finance department did an excellent job beating a low rate offered by my credit union. Wife is now looking at the CTS coupe if she decides that's the car Bob Moore will get my business.

Love The SRX

I was in and out in 4 hours with my new SRX. Everyone was wonderful from our sales rep to the sales manager to the finace person. I will be buying from them again in the future. It was a wonderful experience!

All they repeatedly tell you is "we cant reproduce...

All they repeatedly tell you is "we cant reproduce the problem". They had the vehicle 3 days when their service tech drove it into the customer pickup area and said " hold on, it's smoking and smells hot". We said yes. The advisor wouldn't take the word of his own employee. We brought it back again the next morning to hear the same thing, "we can't reproduce it". Within 25 miles of leaving the A/C stopped working, smoke rolled out from under the hood and it smelled very hot. Apparently, we, the owners reproduced it without difficultly. So basically, if it hasn't completely stopped working, don't waste your time with this shop.

We purchased a used Cadillac from Michael at Bob Moore....

We purchased a used Cadillac from Michael at Bob Moore. Michael greeted us promptly and was extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated the attention he gave to us and the time he spent with us. The finance office was organized and the process went pretty fast. The vehicle we purchased needed a little bit of body work and the manager agreed to do the repairs. The vehicle looked good when we got it back, except for one spot (the paint wasnt as shiny as I thought it could be; and a little orange peel). Very minor and they went out of their way to make us happy! We are extremely happy with our experience at Bob Moore and we will definitely buy from them again!

Bob Moore Subaru

I am a female and very nervous dealing with car dealerships since I had a very bad experience in 2006. I really didn't want to speak to anyone, just drive around and look. Jason was the gentleman that took good care of me. He was a very polite person and guided me along and made me feel very comfortable. The financing part was more of a taxing time, I will say watch for the add on's, they caught me off guard but once explained and I was ok with them. Overall a very good experience and a woman would feel very comfortable and not be treated like someone that could easily be taken advantage of. Thank you Bob Moore Subaru for making my buying experience easy and friendly. I will recommend you to others and will only deal with you in the future.

Bob Moore Subaru

My wife and I were out looking for a used car and stopped in to Bob Moore Subaru. We were met by JR who let us test drive a couple of cars. He was very friendly and no high pressure. A very nice experience that told me this is where I want to buy a car. We left undecided but returned a couple of days later and purchased a new Subaru with some hail damage. Alex was especially great and gave us a tour of the facility and made sure we were all set to go. The whole experience was a little like I expected from previous vehicle purchases at other dealerships except that there was no pressure to buy a car today. We didn't feel like we were being held hostage. What wasn't expected was the friendliness of the sales staff. Even those not involved with the sale were always smiling and asking if we needed anything. I wish I could say the same for the finance guy. I don't think he introduced himself or if he did I sure don't recall. He was a little stiff and down to business. But even so the finance experience was relatively painless and again no high pressure to buy this or that add-on. I will say that the finance guy was very knowledgeable about the process. I would purchase from them again.

Fast, Friendly, and No Pressure

I purchased a 2011 HHR from this dealership. We walked in and the sales associate knew exactly where the car was located on the lot. The car we test drove was clean and in great condition. He was very professional and friendly. We asked for and received information on the car we were interested in purchasing. The complete process to look at the car, negotiate a purchase, and finance the car took approximately 2 hours. Before leaving the lot with our purchase, the sales associate went over safety features, made sure I knew where the lights and other features of the car were located and operated. Very hassle-free. Very pleasant and professional.

Bob Moore Subaru

This was my first new car buying experience and I must say the guys at Bob Moore did an outstanding job of taking care of everything. Especially the salesman (Tim) that worked with me, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. Even when I brought my car in for service, he met up with me on his day off. You can beat that!! =)
