Richard was very polite and very friendly, as well as very informative with his answers to our questions concerning our vehicle selection. Richard was very thorough in his quality of work. We were very satisfied with our overall experience. We were given a great price compared to other dealerships we were shopping. Richard went above and beyond our expectation after the sale in making sure we understood all our safety features and other vehicle operations questions. Note: When the time comes to buy our next Cadillac, I will look to do business with Richard Palmer. P.S My wife loves her Cadillac

My wife had been driving a 40th Anniv, convertible Ford Mustang, we purchased new for her in '04. Needless to say, we/she has driven the heck out of that car, putting over 100K miles on it, mostly to and from work with a couple of trips in it. She has been wanting a new vehicle and really liked the new CTS Cadillac models. However, I'd call us Chevy and Ford folks! I thought it would feel kinda awkward walking into a "Cadillac" dealership! Well it wasn't! Chad Ashley and Ron Tener made our experience one that was more pleasant than walking into the Chevy dealership and up to the owners office, whom I have know for 30+ years (where we have purchased most of our vehicles over the last 30 years). When we first pulled up a lady came out to greet us and we asked if Ron was in and she took us right to him, no problem. Then Chad Ashley came up to us and greeted us with a big smile on his face and a firm handshake and a "Hey we're glad you stopped in!". They already had a car pulled up for us to drive and ultimately it was the one we drove home later that day. It was the one my wife wanted and Chad made the price, one we could live with! This was on a Saturday, on Monday we brought the CTS Coupe back in for some custom tinting that Chad had recommended and it turned out fabulous! We picked up the vehicle later that evening and two hours later it was broken into, the drivers side, freshly tinted window was scattered all over the inside of the vehicle all the way over to the passenger seat! Needless to say we took it back to Bob Moore on Tuesday and picked it back up on Wed, it was just as nice as it was on Monday before the burgulary! The overall friendliness, customer service and workmanship of the repair have made this overall experience one we will not forget and have already passed along our experiences with Bob Moore! We will buy another vehicle from them in the future!

As a Mustang fan myself, I can sympathize with giving her car up! I am glad that she is liking the CTS so much and, while I am sorry to hear about the break-in, I am happy that we could take care of her new baby so quickly. We purchased an SRX, all wheel drive on March 13, 2012, and the purchase could only have been better if they hadn't charge us for it! The staff, especially Reggie Addington, was friendly and remembered our names, listened to the list of equipment we wanted on our vehicle,and exceeded our expectations(which are high) in all aspects of the transaction. They not only sold us a car but went over it in detail, answering questions at about 9pm at night, making sure we were comfortable with all the "bells and whistles" before we left. Everything went so smooth and it was truely a pleasurable experience. I have already recommended the dealership to friends for a quality vehicle and knowledgeable staff.
