Friendly customer service was provided with in-depth information regarding our needs for repairs and costs, and later the options for a purchase of a new vehicles. Prices for prior owned and new vehicles were given to us with expediency and no hassles negotiations.

We had been talking for a few months about trading our car in for something. Got on line to Bob Moore Cadillac and Matt Casteel called and told us to ask for Tommy when we came in. It's the best dealership around. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Tommy Freeman was the best salesman we could ever ask for. Went way above and beyond to help us get the right vehicle we liked. Tim and Hani in finance are the nicest bunch of guys to work with. Did us a great job. We met the nicest guys that day and I can honestly say they are friends for life. Such a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. We will definitly come back for our next purchase in the future. Thank you Tommy for putting a smile on our sons face.

Every Bob Moore representative I worked with knew his roll, was courteous and helpful, not pushy, but clear in what they communicated. No mis-communication about the deal, the terms, the price, or of what was available. I had visited several weeks prior and advised what I was looking for, which appeared to not be available after doing a nation-wide search. But, upon them seeing my new vehicle on a transport, they immediately contacted me by text and we got the deal done in about a day and half, which mostly was due to my work schedule as opposed to what availablitly the sales people had. Truck was clean and show room ready, which was a nice touch for first viewing the vehicle. Finance guys were also of the same caliber; helpful, knowledgeable and were frank about what options they had that made sense for my personal situation. Overall, its been a great experience.

We had a wonderful experience with everyone at Bob Moore Cadillac. Everyone was so welcoming, informative, and customer driven. Will Dodd, our salesman, Chad, the new sales manager, and our finance advisor was spectacular to work with, and I have told everyone that I have talked to what a wonderful job they did for us. Best buying experience that we have ever had! Both our sales person and the sales manager were very through and helped us find a car with the color and accessories that we desired even though it was not in their inventory when we started the processs.

This was the most pleasant encounter I have ever had...

This was the most pleasant encounter I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We were not attacked the moment we pulled into the parking lot. The sales reps were friendly and extremely helpful. The finance department was quick, helpful a friendly. We never felt the pushiness you oftern feel at dealerships. When we said no, the answer was taken and we moved on. The gave great information into everything we looked at. I would recommend any of the team we dealt with. I truely believe the people were what made this experience so nice.

2.5 Stars... Everyone was extremely helpful and easy to work with while I was buying my first car. Ron (salesman) and Adam (finance) worked their butts off to help me get a great deal on a Cadillac. I'm in Dallas, and drove up around 7pm on a Saturday. They had everything ready to go for me sans a couple of signatures. I cannot thank them enough for the great service. Now the honeymoon is over however, and I'm slightly agitated at whoever didn't do their job correctly. I'm driving around with an expired temp. tag because everything has taken a while to go through, all of the vehicle and financial paperwork was sent to the wrong address, and they "forgot" to send me the check for the remainder of my trade-in that was not used for a down payment. I know these guys are busy and the holiday season just passed, but really guys? Come on.
