Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow

My experience at this dealership was great...as always. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased here and i've had great customer service, the work HARD to make me happy, and they work HARD at getting me a great deal to get me the car that i want. Their service dept is the BEST. This is what keeps me coming back as a loyal customer. THE SERVICE DEPT ROCKS!! I can always get in when i need to. I love it!

Jeff was an excellent salesman and really knew his stuff about every vehicle we looked at on the lot. We actually were there so that my boyfriend could pick out a new vehicle and both of us ended up leaving that day with brand new cars. Jeff went above and beyond for us, making sure we got an excellent deal and that we were both happy with what we picked out. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and made the process very easy. I'll definitely be keeping my business with them in the future and will certainly ask for Jeff in the future.

I have owned many cars and have made it a point to stay away from dealership service departments but the service department at Kia in Hickory Hollow has been nothing but outstanding. They always, and I mean ALWAYS take great care of me. They always have a smile for me and a great attitudes, let alone fixing my problems or completing the scheduled maintenance on my vehicle.

Owned a 2010 and loved it. Plus you guys were having a sign and drive promotion.

The building and grounds were average and looked as you would expect a car dealer to look. The salesman were friendly and helpful. We did not buy because we are waiting for the new 2014's to come out in a month or so. We were able to test drive a few cars and that was very helpful.

Amazing service, OUTSTANDING finance team. They made our brand new car buying experience a pleasure. Never had I dealt with such a great staff. We love our 2013 Optima, Our next vehicle will be a Kia as well.

Everyone was very helpful. They went way out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. We had looked online at several cars including kia's and had went to several dealerships to see what they had...and were discouraged at what we saw, then out of the blue David Duran called us and i told him we would stop and see what Hickory Hollow Kia had, when we arrived he was curtious and really seemed to care about what we needed, after a short period of time we left owning a 2013 kia optima, and my wife loves it... I was happy with the deal we had made and with the freindly staff, I would definitly buy another car from David Duran and the Hickory Hollow Kia,as well as encourage my freinds and family to do so as well Thanx Universal kia of Hickory Hollow
