He and Zdravko Kramar worked with me SO MUCH to get me financed and get me a payment I could handle. I wasn't sure that I'd be able to make the deal, but they did everything they could to get me into the car I needed. I was incredibly happy with my experience there, and I will DEFINITELY recommend Universal and the entire team to anyone I know looking for a vehicle, and I am almost 100% positive that the next car I purchase will also come from there. I was extremely impressed. David, the salesman explained everything in detail to me and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Everyone there was very professional and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with this dealership and will highly recommend it to my family and friends. David even helped me sync my iphone to my car and personally showed me how everything worked.

We just had our oil changed but had good experience. Jonathan is GREAT. We use to deal with him at the Chevy dealer ship in Smyrna when he was there. We would follow him to any dealer ship he would go too.
