I was turned down for a car by someone else. I went on line and filed out the paper work. Joseph A. called the next day.I was rideing in a car the next day. thank you Joseph for you kindness and for helping me like a familey member. My experience using Carnival Kia & working with Joseph Attigliato was beyond helpful and such a blessing! He listened to our need and offered an immediate solution without haggling us with sales jargon. It made our decisions easy. I can honestly say that I have had a positive experience while buying a car. My wife and I went to Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia to get an idea of what options and color we would want when we eventually decided to buy a new Sorento. We were met by Joseph A. and taken trough the process of figuring out exactly what options we wanted in a vehicle. At no time were we pressured into a more expensive car than what we wanted or subject to high pressure sales techniques. We drove away in a new vehicle feeling that we had been treated well and had received a fair deal.

I couldn't have found a better sales professional than Joseph Attigliatto. I've bought a number of cars in the past, but this is the first time I've actually enjoyed the process. Joseph's sense of humor, organization, ability to really listen to what I needed, and understanding of his vehicles, made the whole car purchasing experience stress free. I would highly recommend Joseph (and Travis in Finance) to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle.

We were looking to buy a small SUV. It was down to the Kia Sportage and the Nissan Rogue. I would have been able to get the family discount on the Rogue, so we were leaning more towards that. But we fell in love with the Sportage when we went and test drove it. And the guys at Carnival Kia were willing to work with us on the price. They were even able to beat the price! We've taken the car back for the routine maintenance and they always get the car in and out quickly. We will definitely be buying another Kia.

For a first time car buyer, the entire process was made far less intimidating by the excellent service and the great help of our sales associate Tabatha and financial associate Kramer. I would not only recommend this particular dealership to friends and family, but consider strongly returning should I be interested in purchasing another vehicle. My wife and I had been thinking about getting a crossover...
My wife and I had been thinking about getting a crossover or small SUV for a few months. When we were driving around, we'd see something on the road that we liked and then catch up to get a better look at it. We decided that of everything we saw, the Kia Sorento was our favorite but the Sportage seemed like a smaller, cheaper version of it, so we decided to go test drive one. When we arrived at Carnival Kia we were welcomed by Jose. He invited us to look around the lot and come inside if we saw anything we liked. He was very patient with us as we ended up driving several Sportages (new and used, then the used one again), but we really liked the look and size of the Sorento. With two dogs and a growing family, the larger vehicle seemed like it would be better for long trips, but we didn't think we could afford it. However, Jose and the staff at Carnival were able to hook us up with a really great rate, and we ended up driving away with a 2011 Sorento that very day. So much for just going in for a test drive! It was very quick, but we never felt pressured or like we got talked into anything. We knew what we wanted, and they made it very simple... like it should be.
