They didn’t hook everything back together.

They didn’t hook everything back together. I left my car w them having no lights on. I pick up my car and my check engine light was on. Like cmon. Y’all do this everyday for a living and of coarse the one and only time I take my car into a shop they mess my xxxx up to where I gotta fix it myself. So no. I don’t like Tulsa Hyundai. Double check your work before you give us our vehicles back. Never coming back.

2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is too slow.

2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is too slow. Then 2 weeks later, the dealer contacts me that my cabin air filter needs to be changed. Why wasn’t this mentioned at my previous appointment??? I would have changed it then. Dissatisfied customer, Susan Alonzi

Great service. My car was looked over and was given a report on what was needed to be looked at. And recommend services that were due at my mileage.

I own a Genesis and was very unhappy with the Hyundai

I own a Genesis and was very unhappy with the Hyundai service center. I received a call informing me that Genesis service was back open, but that was not the case. When I purchased my Genesis, I was told the service would be amazing and loaners would be made available. This is my second attempt with this dealership. I will continue to travel for service appointments.

Salesman was nice but failed to tell us there was only

Salesman was nice but failed to tell us there was only one key fob until all paperwork was signed. The parts department would not give any discount on a new one. That was a $500 mistake...

Upon arrival, I was told we would be informed of progress

Upon arrival, I was told we would be informed of progress as the tech worked on our vehicle. We were not informed and I had to continue to ask for updates. The following week I was told when the vehicle would be ready, but never received a call. Upon calling to check on my vehicle, I was told they needed it for another week. Finally got my vehicle back and they had also rotated my tires. The inspection showed all green only to have one of the tires blow out on the highway two days later.
