The service here was terrible.
The service here was terrible. The staff acted like you weren’t there half the time and when you did get their attention, they didn’t know enough to help you. I went in to have my car serviced and had to call FOUR TIMES before being able to talk to an actual person for an ETA on when my car would be done even though I was told they’d update me regularly. I’d go to the Hyundai dealership in Broken Arrow; never had a bad experience there.

Coming from being a Lexus customer to owning a Genesis.
Coming from being a Lexus customer to owning a Genesis. Stephen the service advisor was great! Very attentive informative and nice personality. I thought the service area was Very crowded. Not many comfy seats but most are tall chairs with tables which not many people need. Maybe when the Genesis building is done the area will be more in par with the likes of Lexus/Audi service areas.

Never a good experience.
Never a good experience. My car started in the shop for 4 months with no loaner. I am still having problems. Several members of their team have been helpful but overall very poor but EXPENSIVE service.
