It took 3 trips in total to the dealer to get the issue with the brakes resolved. It was ultimately resolved, but added approximately 1,000 unnecessary miles on the car.

Tulsa Hyundai was easy to work with, pricing was fair, and I had an overall positive experience with them. My sales guy, Jayro Reyes was very professional and helpful to me during the sales process. I would recommend Tulsa Hyundai for a new or used car.

Experience was good.

Experience was good. Maintenance was expensive. The service center always does good work. It's just hard to keep up with maintenance with cost.

I brought my car in for a complimentary oil change.

I brought my car in for a complimentary oil change. The service tech also did a complimentary inspection as well. During the inspection, they broke one of the wheel studs and wanted over $200 to repair it. In my opinion, since you broke it, you should have repaired it for free.. I know the parts are less than $20, so asking for over $200 is outrageous. In the end, a free complimentary oil change is costing me more than if I had done the oil change myself.
