Hankins did a superb and outstanding job as a sales
Hankins did a superb and outstanding job as a sales executive; he actually listens to customer needs and offered solutions. He is very good with product knowledge and explained the feature and benefits of the GV70 very well. Unfortunately, after closing the deal with Mr. Hankins, the business manager Mr. Gamble tried to sell warranty and other services that I clearly said no, he could not find the deposit check that I has given to Mr. Hankins 4 days before. Mr. Gamble was unable to give a copy of the lease agreement, did not even explain the agreement nor capitalized value, options at the end of the lease, where to send the payments etc.. As of today one full week of taking possession of the GV70 I have not received a copy of the lease agreement, nor any kind of info of when the payment is due, nor where to send the payments. I have leased my 5 previous vehicles for business purposes, but this have been the worst experience ever.

Tulsa Hyundai is by far the worst car dealership I have
Tulsa Hyundai is by far the worst car dealership I have ever experienced the worst customer service and I am highly disappointed with my purchase. The whole team tried to take advantage of me, my money and my kindness and they need to be shut down. Constantly making mistakes, they can’t take accountability for their mistakes. They’re scammers and everybody needs to report them ASAP! Megan in service the manager absolutely refused to give me her manager’s information. She would not allow me to talk to anybody above her just so she can continue to scam me and take my money. Brant in finance that loves to wear pink well he is very aggressive and banging his hand on his desk while telling me exactly how he felt because I called him out on his scamming behavior. Tulsa Hyundai is a scam. They love to take advantage of people. Do not buy a car from Tulsa Hyundai.

Perfect buying experience.
Perfect buying experience. We showed up knowing what we wanted to look at. They promptly let us drive a vehicle and when we said we needed to think about it and come back, they didn't try to stop us. They reached out a few days later to check if they could help and worked with us not against us. Phenomenal.

Staff was friendly, Steve was great at customer service. They found the problem and determined the repairs were under warranty and fixed the problem. Car is doing great now.
