James was very friendly but he was not the one who

James was very friendly but he was not the one who checked us in and we had a bit of a rough check in. Then they threw in a bunch of things they said we needed- at the FIRST maintenance for this car. It was obviously stuff that wasn’t needed but because I was a woman, they made it seem super important so I’d say yes. It felt manipulative honestly. When I spoke to James finally, he was great and totally dismissed it all, understandingly. I have 2 more maintenances included with my purchase but then I don’t think I’ll be back to service the car.

This is my first time ever anywhere being charged a diagnostic fee if the needed repairs were done. I also already had the codes pulled by another shop an hour before arriving and they were given the copy. This is also where I bought the car...

Thomas did a wonderful job except for telling me that the

Thomas did a wonderful job except for telling me that the dealership would help me if something was wrong with my car after I left. He said that the dealership would stand behind their cars! I had an issue with the car on the second day of owning it. I contacted Thomas and he said his manager said it was "as is" and there was nothing they would do. I understand I bought a used car, but to have an issue within less than 50 miles, that's just crazy. Brant was terrible! Just seemed like I was bothering him. I didn't feel valued one bit.
