My windshield is cracked and it did not leave my home

My windshield is cracked and it did not leave my home cracked. Awaiting the next steps. Gavin was good at getting the battery ordered and fixed. Gavin was also quick to send someone to pick up the set of keys that were gave to me, which I took home but not quick to either fix my window or work it out with the tow truck driver. I got off the phone with him at 11 and it is now 4 and I’ve heard nothing. The tow company has also called you all. I will be calling you all and Mayes towing until one of you fix my windshield. I am not happy

Steven was great.

Steven was great. My windshield wiper fluid ran out. I forgot to advise them. The vehicle advises this information when you start it up. Now I'll have to add fluid myself 😩.

This dealership is really nice and they were willing to and did stay late to make sure we were happy the only thing that was different for me was that they would have to go get vehicles off of other lots and bring them over for you to see so if you don’t shop the web site before you wouldn’t know they had a vehicle you might be looking for
