The dealership was very easy to work especially our sales

The dealership was very easy to work especially our sales person, Kareem. This was the most pleasant experience shopping for a car I have ever had and I am 74 years old. Can’t say enough about Kareem and all the others. Thank you!

Overall good. Could be better on timing as it took longer than I was told. This resulted in missing out on alignment of tires.

Zero communication. Vehicle damage. Poor service. No car wash. Vehicle damage, every service. Service advisor ignores or forgets customer request for service.

I’ve taken my GV80 Genesis to the Tulsa dealership for

I’ve taken my GV80 Genesis to the Tulsa dealership for several services over the past 2 1/2 years. The advisors are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of the (product/service) is always top notch exceeding my expectation. I highly recommend Genesis of Tulsa. Kasey and Gavin are remarkable. My vehicle is currently at the dealership. Gavin did a visual inspection on my vehicle and discussed with me my vehicles needs, clearly explained the possible necessary repairs and a preliminary estimate that has helped me decide about filing an insurance claim. Kasey prepared the paperwork. It could have been a stressful process, but she made it easy and stress free.

My advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and accommodating. Unfortunately, my car could not be washed, but the floorboards were still vacuumed.
