We ordered Genesis all-weather floor mats at the time we
We ordered Genesis all-weather floor mats at the time we purchased the car. They said they would be there in 10 days to 2 weeks. We never got a call after 3 weeks that they had arrived. When we called they had ordered Weather Tech floor mats. We had to wait for the Genesis floor mats to be ordered. Then when we picked them up there was not a mat for the very back!

My experience with them since I got my new Elantra in 2021 has been great! Even through their construction in adding Genesis. They have made we want to continue doing business with them for a number of reasons: Customer service, quality of work and just making me feel secure every time I leave. Everyone I have been in contact there has been phenomenal from the time you pull in, to the time you leave and it’s a good feeling to feel that u received great service and that not just one person but everyone there is impressionable, the sales representatives and even the mechanics that you only see briefly. Great working with them professionals that know there stuff lol I bought a Honda but whatever’s I would give 10 stars if I could and Jeren was fantastic about answering all my questions and checking to see if I was happy with my purchase a few weeks after I bought the car

Good service.
Good service. Only issue is I was told cabin filter was getting dirty and would need replaced next time. Also I was told nothing wrong with battery terminals. Today I got an email saying I rejected the service I was told wasn’t needed yet. A little bit confusing

I took my car in for repairs following an accident.
I took my car in for repairs following an accident. Service Rep James McKinnon was outstanding. He dealt directly with the insurance company and dealt with any discrepancies. He kept my apprised of the progress throughout the repair and responded to any of my concerns quickly.
