Justin was great to work with.

Justin was great to work with. We had some issues once we got to the finance team. Jorge kept pushing extended warranty after we told him no thank you and then continued to be rude when we denied it.

My brand new Genesis had black handprints on the inside

My brand new Genesis had black handprints on the inside one above the door and another black handprint on the back seat. The delivery was fine except for the little 20 year old driver rolling down my newly tinted window. There is some type of gummy substance on the back of the vehicle from removing a decal from Edmond. Was not impressed with the service department.
