Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. The advertised prices listed by this dealership are tactics to draw you in. Dealership will not honor listed prices and will quote $10K or more on top of listed price for out the door. Despite advertised prices with "dealership discount" they will argue the price and not honor it. Stay away from this dealership.

Ordered and paid for a trailer hitch and 7 pin wiring

Ordered and paid for a trailer hitch and 7 pin wiring harness when I bought the truck new in Sep 14. Was told they would be in in a “few days”. They called Jan 23 and told the part was finally in. Took it to the dealership for installation. When I got the truck back they had ordered and installed a 4 pin harness. When I pointed that out to the service rep he said”what’s the difference?”. After explaining he said he would order the other harness and would call me in a few days when it come in…

This is the second time to visit this dealership to purchase a new vehicle based upon thier website pricing. Last time was two years ago. Both times, as previous reviewers have mentioned, the process was bait and switch. This dealership is a complete waste of time. Shop elsewhere.

The price they advertise is not the actual price .

The price they advertise is not the actual price . You ha e to qualify for the several thousands of dollars before you get the price they show o line. I went all the way up there thinking I was going to buy a santa cruz for 24,000 bit I did not qualify for the first responder incentative or all the other so the actual price was really almost 32,000 and that's a huge difference from what I seen online after driving over an hour to go check it out. I even corresponded with someone online for a week before I went and they failed to inform me of that. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
