Everyone was courteous, respected my time, and the service department seemed like it was run efficiently with the volume of cars that had come in for servicing. I do not have a smartphone so the links to get my service information weren't accessible to obtain the info. I had my service advisor's phone number but then I got a text that had a different number which was a bit confusing.

Great dealership. Felt no typical pressure but only, how can we help. Were greedted professionally and with courtesy. They did everything to make the deal work. We worked with Braden - he was very nice and let my wife know she could leave for a few with the kids to grab lunch while they got the deal done. By far the best experience and I worked in the car business. Braden is a great kid and salesman. Staff is friendly and the finance manager was a great guy. Last name Mosley, very courteous and professional. The facility is gorgeous and very clean, snacks for the kids and donuts in the am. We will be back here for sure. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience and deal. Keep doing what you’re doing, the neighbors to the left and right and about should ask for training from y’all. ROCKSTARS! We came in, and traded our car in.
We came in, and traded our car in. Things went well until we filled the car up and it started leaking fuel on the ground. After letting Jacob and the dealership know, they were helpful in getting the issue addressed and repaired. They were accommodating through the entire process.

The only thing missing are actual signs directing you
The only thing missing are actual signs directing you where to go from the entrances to get to the service area. It was incredibly frustrating driving around and around and having to back out of areas that you can't drive through. Once I was finally able to actually find the service entrance, Kasey got me checked in and explained the whole process completely. I got emails/texts directing me to a website giving me a breakdown of suggested services and was able to quickly get ahold of Kasey to discuss options and pricing. Service was complete fairly quickly and was able to pick up the same day. Very happy with everything except figuring out where to go.
