Should be zero.

Should be zero. Terrible service department. Very poor communication. Ill prepared for checkout, representative call me to pick up my car, the next afternoon I went to get it but he didn’t have the invoice, so I had to go back the next morning. Then I had to call a duplicate charge to reps attention and then there was some difficulty correcting their error. I never received a correct invoice. Suspicious?

Unfair negotiation tactics.

Unfair negotiation tactics. Was not told of hail damage until sale was negotiated and car was being delivered. Complaints have been filed with numerous governmental consumer agencies. Attempts to work with the dealer have been met with being told to “get over it”. Dealer takes no responsibility and will not even reveal the extent of the damage. This is very unsettling and will be pursued to a positive resolution for the buyer.

Service Advisor was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Fortunately, they did not find any issues with my car. So thrilled that their new facility is open and operating at full song.

Amazing customer service.

Amazing customer service. Reggie was my sales person. He took great care of me. Nathaniel in service was awesome. Very nice people Definitely would recommend this dealership.
