I thought we were done with "market adjustments.

I thought we were done with "market adjustments." Pricing on an Ioniq 5 Disney Edition conveniently omitted the $6,995 "market adjustment." I really am not concerned that it is one of 850 built; another Hyundai dealer tried this on me during COVID and it wouldn't fly then - and it will not fly now..........buyer beware! Not sure I will give this dealer my business. Jacob was a good salesman - I know he is just telling me what his manager(s) are telling him.

Good experience with Justin my sales associate. My only complaint is how long it takes Hyundai to mail out the title/lien release to get it plated. Shouldn’t take more than a week.

I came in with a leak and they took the time to thoroughly check out my vehicle finding that the rear differential was leaking. They ordered the part and it was repaired within a week.

They did a poor job.

They did a poor job. Left me waiting at the mall for a ride. Never called to tell me my car was ready. Didn’t perform recalls they were supposed to do. Had to order parts. Told me they performed a map update but did not. Way over scheduled.

This is the second time I’ve had to take my brand new car

This is the second time I’ve had to take my brand new car in for service in the past two weeks. The issue was clearly not resolved with the first visit. The service team has never contacted me with an update, I’ve always had to call in to get an update myself and the service team has never been knowledgeable about what is wrong with my car or why a certain part was ordered for my car.

Poor service Dealer relies on text to communicate for their service department. When you call in the morning after they open, they have no live person to talk to. You can't even connect to service to leave a message. They did not test drive the car to hear a loud noise after "fixing" my air conditioner, before returning it to me. I had to return again to address that. Megan was good in trying to follow up,
