Gavin helped me work through an issue where a collision company had messed up some diagnostics with my son's car. We finally got the collision company to pay for their mistake. Gavin got the parts ordered and the car fixed quickly. We really appreciate his help.

Service technician did not solve my problem.
Service technician did not solve my problem. Charged me $500. Had to get through three employees to explain my issues, finally received refund. If you have electrical issues with your vehicle- take it somewhere else! I left with the same problem I showed up with and people unwilling to help or find another solution. Poor customer service and experience. While I was waiting, there was a mouse in their waiting room. Would not return.

I had an appt but I was there for several hours.
I had an appt but I was there for several hours. I just didn't feel like the service was very customer oriented. There was another customer there in the waiting room who had a very bad experience. Mine was not necessarily bad but it could have been better.

I had only owned my Genesis a week or two when the check
I had only owned my Genesis a week or two when the check engine light came on. I called Steven, he got me an appointment. The repairs took a little longer than expected so Steven set me up with a loaner. I live 2 hours away and they brought it to me! Then when my vehicle was ready, they delivered it to me as well! Nothing but 5 stars for Genesis/Hyundai of Tulsa and Steven!
