Follow-up to my February 6th review.
Follow-up to my February 6th review. That night, the GSM called and explained what went wrong, and Bates Ford will make it right. Today I received a check for the full amount of the oil change, and I was promised the remaining oil changes will be covered. I appreciate the quick response and the resolution of the problem.
