Received an email, which was a sales pitch to trade in my vehicle. Come on man you’re wasting my time.

We bought a 2023 Kia Telluride and were able to take it home 10/31. Within 2 days an airbag alert light came on and I was told I needed to bring the car in for service which we brought in on 11/7. It has been almost a month and we STILL don’t have our car and have no estimated date when our car should be completed. Everything has been a complete nightmare, and I would highly recommended taking your business elsewhere!
