JIM MARSH KIA WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU!

We have bought Five Kias in our car buying lives and always had great service, until we bought from Jim Marsh Kia. AFTER THE SALE THEY DO NOT CARE, we have left 11 messages trying to schedule service and get NO REPLY at all from their service department, so of course we have to take elsewhere for service as we need oil changes. Jim Marsh should have just told us up front they do not want repeat customers instaed of just giving us the cold shoulder.
