Very dissapointed in the services received. I took my car...

Very dissapointed in the services received. I took my car in for my sun roof shield was not working.2 yrs was aho quoted $500.00. I recently too in to get that sun roof shield fix and was $1450.00. I agreed to the price because I wanted it fixed bad. They told me I should have my car back thurs. I dropped it off on Monday at 9:00. Thursday came I called and they said Friday because they were waiting on piece to come in. I call Friday spoke to some and was told not until Tuesday because they were still waiting on a peace to come. But they could have told me that Thursday when I called. Tuesday come I call they tell me. Nope car not ready until Thursday. I call Thursday and not car not ready Friday. At that point I lost it. Friday comes 2 weeks later he tells me my car is ready. I tell the man I get off work at 4.They tell me they will have pull up front waiting for me they will wash my car. I get there at 4,:30. Washig my car is the least they can do after keeping my car for 2weeks for a sun roof.. I get there I pay for my car it took them 30 min to bring my car to me. Then they did not wash my car. My steering had some scrapes in it. Like they scraped something against it. Very very dissapointed in how My car was handled. I spent 1450.00 you held my car for over 2 weeks, You promised a car washed. My car was never washed. It took yall 30 min to bring me my car. I had my transmission fixed in my car and got that back in 4 days on top of my steering wheel being scraped. Not a good experience. The lack of communication was terrible.

Roger was great during are interest in a new car...

Roger was great during are interest in a new car especially when we decided to purchase the Kia. However during a recent visit to Jim Marsh Kia to change the oil in the Kia. Roger turn his back towards us ignoring us. Don’t know why maybe Mr Marsh can ask him.

Jim Marsh Kia is the place to buy a car. I have bought and leased cars and would only go to Jim marsh. When you walk in the door you are greeted immediately and from there the experience is even greater. I love Jim Marsh Kia. Their concern is what you can afford and helping you get there.

Everyone that greeted us when we came in was so professional and polite. They listened to what we could afford and went work to help us. We are very please with everyone and our new Kia Soul.
