Service here sucks. They will try to rip you off.

This dealership is a joke as far as service is concerned. Vehicle is well under warranty and they refuse to fix, instead blaming me for failure of parts. Extremally unprofessional and condescending in their "explanation" as well as completely vague for reasoning of not covering service under warranty. DO NOT take your vehicle here for service or they will try to screw you.

BEWARE of Service Dept

BEWARE of their Service Department. DO NOT get your car serviced here. They are nice enough but are completely incompetent for even a minor issue. I had a seat heater that wasn’t working. Had to drop off and pick up 7 times! Took off from work, lined up rides, uber. They do not care about this massive inconvenience. They said they fixed the problem and/or replace parts 3 separate times and a few weeks later the problem was back. The last time I had it in I asked for all the parts back that they replace so I can have some confidence that they did something more than wiggle a wire. They only returned half the parts that they replaced and charged for and could not provide proof that other parts were replaced or returned to Ford. I now have zero confidence they fixed anything but I will not be returning there. I advise the same..

Kelley online and Donell Scott inhouse get an A+!

0I had a wonderful experience with Kelley Carlson online and Donell in sales. Kelley narrowed my choices to 3 cars the fit my desires. Donell in sales assisted me inhouse. He was so knowledgeable, patient, kind and trustworthy. He paid special attention to my needs and helped me to narrow to one car. Not Your Average Dealership

I came in looking for f-150s, specifically one that could haul my horses/trailer. I was met with an extremely knowledgeable staff who walked me through the whole process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The entire shopping experience was done on an ipad, so we built the deal together. Will totally come back even though I am a 2hr drive away.

We placed our order for the Maverick in October 2021.

We placed our order for the Maverick in October 2021. Shaakir Seedat contacted us shortly after and guided us through the process and the long wait for production. He maintained contact and updated us throughout the yearlong wait. We were finally able to purchase the vehicle last month. He helped us through the financing, a couple of after-market purchases, and our initial use of the Ford Pass app. He's been remarkably patient, excellent with follow-ups, and made the experience immensely satisfying.
