Since I posted my interest in selling my 2017 Mustang online, I started getting a lot of calls and text messages. And one of the calls came from this place, which is okay. They are trying to get business, understood. First of, the person who called me was Stephanie R****. She first tried to sell me a car but then I told her I was in market for selling, not buying. Then she asked me to bring my car in, then I said this is what I've got offered already, and I said if they don't have the range to beat that offer significantly, I didn't want to drive 40 minutes in total back and forth for getting the exact same or less offer. I said I can forward CarMax report, then she said "well then why dont you sell it to CarMax?". I responded and said, "the market is going up everyday so I am in no rush". She got a weird attitude and started saying "well, how much the market went up since then can you tell me?". Do I care? No. But you don't get to be mean, while you're the one who is trying to make me spend time to come over and earn my business. I thought I've been there already, but seems like I have not. Well, after my experience with Stephanie, even if they have the one and only thing I want; I am not working with them as long as this business has Stephanie. I face with clients as well, I don't remember acting weird and being mean like this even in the most annoying situations, where all I said was "I dont want to spend 40 mins driving if I'll get the same offer.". No business with you, Stephanie.

Chris Jones and staff did an exellent job on my repair of my car from the accident I had. I was always informed what was going on about the parts needed and when they expected to come in. My damage was real bad and now it looks like I purchase a brand new car. I highly recommend them for all detail work.
