Professional and Personable
From the moment I sat down with Kyle he told me that he was going to get me the best deal possible. After looking at numerous vehicles we finally found one on the St. Louis lot. Unfortunately buying from the St. Louis lot cost Kyle the sale. I was reluctant to walk away and let him lose a sale, but he reminded me that he promised that he would find me the best deal possible. Well he did just that. This makes the 4th vehicle bought from Sunset, 3 of which from the Waterloo location. As long as Kyle is there I will definitely be back for a 5th.

Kyle was our salesperson, very friendly and tried to impress. They were short staffed due to covid-19 but very pleased how easy Kyle was with informing us of updates. The reason we decided to buy from Sunset Ford is the lifetime warranty on our vehicle.
