Joe did a great job of explaining the process and going over truck features and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Mark also did a great job and they were both very knowledgeable. arrogant and incompetence
The salespeople there have zero authority. It is thier job to ask ridiculous prices from potential customers in order for the salesmanager to be the hero and lower the price. These are 1960 tactics that this dealership has not outgrown.
