We have experienced poor salesmen at other dealerships that were very pushy. Clint allowed us the time to shop and test drive. Waterloo's Sunset Ford went above and beyond to help us purchase our 2018 Ford Escape. Bob Hill is awesome. His knowledge, timeliness, patience & personal service was great. He researched Waterloo's and Lindbergh's inventory to find the options we wanted, and got it to Waterloo the same afternoon. The E85 option is great. He followed up with us, but did not nag at all. The discount for the close out of the model year tipped the scales in our decision. After we closed, Joe took the Time to Make Sure we understood all the gadgets and even programmed our Bluetooth/phone options. The dealership was very efficient with our time. I know we will have great service in the future if ever we'd need any. I recommend their Waterloo location to anyone
