John and all the guys I met at Sunset Ford in Waterloo we’re friendly and easy to work with. I feel I got a fair trade in on my vehicle and a fair price on the new F150 lariat that I purchased. I am extremely happy with my vehicle and the “no pressure atmosphere” at this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase of a new vehicle.

Very patient and professional.

Very patient and professional. I have looked at vehicles with Joe 4 times over the last 5 years. I have not purchased until this time. Even though I had never bought he continue to answer all my questions without pushing.

Bought a truck in October.

Bought a truck in October. We drove from three hours away to do so. Despite not being washed or detailed on the outside (or engine) we went ahead with the purchase. The truck we bought was missing an interior lock, which our salesman Adrian said he would get and mail. He also informed my I had left my work keys in the truck and that he would mail those. Never received either. I called him several weeks later and described an issue with the truck since it was acting up. His immediate response was about how my trade in ended up being junk. When he was done I had to reroute the conversation back to my truck and ask again how the warranty worked. He said he would email it. Never received that either. Another issue: As we were about to pull out of the lot, the sunlight was just right that we caught a chip in the windshield. I went back in to find the salesman. I never did so I asked Kyle (who was the finance guy for the day) to come look. He immediately said he wasn't not going to do anything about it. It was too much to have to order, wait on, and install a new one. He thought the chip was too small but said I would need to get it fixed before it spread. Moral: service after the sale ended the second I stepped outside to leave.

Adrian provided us with a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure us in to anything we didn’t want. I would definitely do business with Adrian and Waterloo Sunset Ford again.
