By far the most painless car buying experience ever! Dave, Mike, and Jimmy made a normally tedious, long process seem short and sweet. I would definitely recommend this group and dealership to everyone! If my grandmother were still alive, I would send her there knowing she would be in good honest hands!

I had an appointment with George Schneider to look at a new 2017 Ford Explorer. When I arrived the vehicle was parked out front and ready to go. Mr. Schneider was very personable and helpful and explained everything about the purchase very clearly. Mr. Schneider was with another customer when I arrived so he let me take the while for a test drive. When I returned, he showed me all the features andhow they worked. I didn't make the purchase that day but when I returned to make the purchase everything ran smooth. Jimmy Williams in the finance department was able to get me a good rate with one of their lenders. I had a good experience at Sunset Ford and would recommend them to friends and family.

When I stepped into Sunset Ford of Waterloo I was greeted by Michael Bicklein. He is friendly and was patient with me during my car search. I test drove multiple cars and visited the dealership many times. I purchased my new vehicle from here because of the great customer service provided by Michael. David Wedemeyer has gone the extra steps after the sale to make sure that I am getting the knowledge of all the things that my 2017 Escape has for options! The finance guy, Jimmy, was very helpful in securing the financing for our new vehicle. The showroom is immaculate, the waiting room for service is very nice. I like that you drive inside to bring your car in for sevice. Everyone is super nice.

We got the price we were looking for and the sale was very seamless. We traded in a 2010 Ford Escape and got a very reasonable offer. We financed through the dealer and Mike Rich was also very helpful in finding us the lowest rate possible for our loan. All in all, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the service we received, and Sunset Ford will definitely be our go-to place for further vehicle purchases.

I have bought a lot of cars and trucks in my time and this was the best experience ever. I was trying to make a deal at a different dealership and got the same old treatment. What payment do you want, 10 trips back and forth to the manager, took my keys and stalled to give them back, and high pressure. Went to Sunset, meet Brett Bergman asked if they honor their internet price and they did plus gave me another $500.00 off. Asked about my trade and what I wanted, I told him, he talked to his manager. I thought here we go. He came back and said OK you have a deal if you are happy with it. Papers were signed and I couldn't be happier. I saved $2500.00 by going to Sunset, well worth the hour drive. Love my truck and love buying from Sunset Ford.
