We had purchased a Mercury from Sunset Ford Waterloo several years ago, so when it came time to find another vehicle that is where we started the search. I liked the looks of the Ford Escape, but had not driven one. Dave Wedemeyer found a couple of Escapes for us to look at, meeting the criteria we asked for. He met us at one of the other locations for test drive and had the vehicle transferred to Waterloo for our purchase. Every question I had was answered. The value of the Escape was excellent, as was the service from Dave. With Jimmy's help, financing was easy. A week after purchase, I called with follow up questions, Mike and Dave were very helpful. I felt like they truly wanted me to have a great car buying experience.

I went looking for a used but I left with new. Dave wedemeyer showed me new and used. Dave made the truck buying enjoyable and easy. Dave and the team went out of their way to help. WOW!!!! Great service and Great sales!!! Wife's car was straying to give us AC problems and since we were on the edge about purchasing a Edge we came in and visited the folks here at Sunset Ford in Waterloo. Needless to say we were not disappointed. Micheal got us the deal we were looking for and Justin got our old car's AC fixed so we could trade it in. The best part was we didn't have to pay a dime to get the old one fixed because it was under extended warranty.
