DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICE
BOUGHT A NEW TAURUS ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND THE HEADLIGHTS ARE TILTED UP A LITTLE. I DON'T DRIVE MUCH AT NIGHT ANYMORE AND DIDN'T NOTICE IT UNTIL RECENTLY. ASKED SERVICE IF THAT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY THEY SAID NO AND THAT IF WOULD COST ME TO HAVE THEM FIXED. THEN I CALLED ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA AND THEY SAID "SURE, THAT'S COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. SO GUESS WHAT, I WILL NOT BE BACK TO SUNSET FORD IN WATERLOO. THEY COULD HAVE DONE IT AS A COURTESY SINCE I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER. GARY HERMANN

Gary - I'm sorry that we did not handle this correctly. You are correct that it could have been covered under Ford Warranty for up to 12 months/12,000 miles per the warranty guidelines. Exceptional No Hassle Experience
The Fiesta we wanted to look at was at the St Louis dealership. The Waterloo sales team had the car brought to Waterloo so we could work with the Waterloo team. We have bought previous vehicles in Waterloo and the team is second to none. George was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail for the car to all the ownership details. The entire buying experience was extremely pleasant. We will always buy our cars from this dealership.

Great selection at a great price
The life time power train warranty is the best I have ever seen. They had multiple cars in my price range and got a great deal with the options I wanted even in the used selection. Sales was very friendly and didn't pressure me into anything. I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone and talk to David Wedemeyer you will not be disappointed!

George Schneider and Mike Rich were great
We just bought an F150 XLT. It is the best riding, most comfortable truck I've ever had - I've had 6. George was my sales rep and what a nice guy. Mike Rich is the Sales Manager and was very helpful. Between these two guys they got us special benefits which we didn't know were available. It enabled us to save about $2 Grand. I had given George a tall order in finding me just the right truck. We have been looking for over two years. Finally, it came across just as I was ready to buy. Things fell into place and we picked it up. I'm very satisfied and would buy again from Sunset. If you go down to Waterloo, stop in, talk to George or Mike and look around. You'll be glad you did.

Sunset's the best

Best car buying experience ever
I fully expected a long drawn out day with the anticipation of sorry can't sell you a vehicle, however that was completely opposite of what happened. Less than 3.5 hours and the deal was done, and couldn't have asked for a better salesman
