Had a great experience today at Sunset Ford in Waterloo, Illinois! Joe Hill did a great job answering my questions and helping me get the application for the loan started. I don't like when salespeople are pushy or insincere . Joe was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Also, Perry processed and took me through all the paperwork, and he did a thorough job explaining everything to me. I would most definitely go here again in the future. Thank you, Sunset Ford!

I like the dealership however not happy about the recent email about diagnostic repairs. Not your fault per day but your problems can potentially become my problem s which is concerning. To this point dealer has provided good service though.
