La peor experiencia no se lo recomiendo a nadie el carro me lo vendieron bien caro por cierto además que el título era de otro estado cuando llamw para que actualizarán la información en el. Sistema pues el tax collextor no me perdía hacer la gestión por ese detalle los llame al ellos al dealer no me dieron respuesta no me llamaron. Jamás y el señor que habla español ahi el que trabaja ahi de vendedor también me trató muy impetuoso y áspero además de no darme la respuesta que esperaba no le recomendaría ese dealer a nadie una vez que te venden el carro ya el trato no es igual tampoco te ayudan a nada

Everyone that I have worked with in both sales and financing have been absolutely wonderful people to work with. Started out with Malik in the business office, then. Mark Valentino in sales and financing and then also Sai and Michael. I bought my car remotely and I will be traveling across country to pick it up. In a couple of weeks. We had an instant rapport and all of them commented on how much they have enjoyed working with me and that I've been really kind and friendly to them as well. So it's been an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them. I found the car that I wanted through cars.com at their dealership.

The process was excellent. My finance Sai took excellent care and gave great details making the purchasing aspect easy and transparent. My Salesman Rob was great from start to finish and he was very knowledgeable anout the car and safety features. He even delivered the car to my front Door. I am 100 with my purchase and the process.

From the first phone call negotiations to the fact that I flew in from out of State to pick up the car, the dealership people were most accommodating and considerate. The salesperson, Ricardo, was great. Paperwork was professionally and timely completed. I was even given an orientation about the car electronics and gadgets before I left. I had an absolute fantastic experience working with my local Steven KIA dealer in Harrisonburg, VA. I had originally begun to look online on sites like Carfax and Autotrader, and found similar cars to what was offered at this dealership, but Steven KIA offered a more "fair price" compared to the dealers that I spoke with closer to NOVA. I worked with Miss Jaimie, but every time I arrived at the dealership, everyone I spoke with was friendly, hospitable, and seemed passionate and knowledgable about their job! As a first time car buyer, and a woman, I felt 100% comfortable conducting my business here!
