Awesome customer service! I purchased a 2019 Dodge Challenger RT Scat Pack Wide body and had a little trouble operating the manual transmission, and the manager saw and helped me out and took me for a little refresher course on an empty lot. It only took us 2 hours to get all the paperwork and bring the car home. As her first customer, shout out for Karla for being accommodating and Jeff for giving me a refresher on clutch.

Long Story Short ( Great Place, Great People, Great Car, &&& Great Prices). We found our car via TrueCar.com and contacted agent to stop by and visit the car. Mr. Anthony was the agent we met, he was very professional and friendly. The prices at Chrysler of Culpeper is pretty much competitive, great financing options with lower rate available, used cars doesn't look used at all, carfax available for review and you can ask as many question as you want. Anthony also took me to a road where I can do a hard brake, sharp turn and gas the car. MOST IMPORTANT: They don't push you to get your signature or try to sell you the car, Antony my agent tried to feel me as comfortable as possible, they don't use those selling technique or playing psychological game with you. If you are less experienced or buying your first car, I would strongly recommend this is the place you wanna go.

Thurston was extremely helpful when it came to finding out exactly what I was looking for, like and dislikes, and was able to guide me directly to multiple vehicles that checked all the boxes.
