Successfully Purchasing Vehicle from the internet
Seen a used Jeep on the internet, called and talked to Thurston. We worked out the total price, they gave me a trade number for our vehicle, we made the deal, sent the money, drove 4 1/2 hours, was there a little over an hour picked up the vehicle and traveled home. Excellent to deal with would recommend to everyone!

Absolutely No Integrity
Do not deal with these guys when trying to buy a used car. They will sell a car out from under you. I worked out a deal for a car with Jeff Johnson and Jim Delgado, but they didn’t follow up, pretended they weren’t available when I called, and didn’t return voicemail messages I left for them over two days. They must have decided not to honor my price and they sold the car out from under me to someone else. These guys give used car salesmen a bad name, and that’s really saying something. You’re better off going elsewhere because these guys cannot be trusted. I have bought many cars, used and new, over the past several years and this is the most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

They'll sell it out from under you after you are financed.
Decided on a used Jeep they had and decided to purchase it. Got financed, reserved a vehicle to get there as we are 12 hours away. Salesman called me to ask me if wanted 48 or 60 months, told him I'd call him back in the morning. Called at 9 AM when they opened, he wasn't in yet, left a message, called a bunch more times with no response. Finally got a hold of him around noon and he told me he sold it this morning. BAD BUSINESS! Very shady dealings from this dealership. Stay away from them. They raised the price on the internet AFTER I got financed for it. I was told by the manger Jeff that they raised the price to see if they got more phone calls on it.

Unbelievable hassle free experience!
Chrysler of Culpeper had the exact 2018 Ram 2500 truck I was looking for. I contacted salesman James Martin by phone/text. He immediately informed me of the deal I could get without even stepping foot in the showroom. Since I live 50 miles away from the dealership, that was a huge help. Once I made my decision to go for it, he texted me the link to fill out the application online. This part literally took me 4 minutes. Within 20 minutes, he told me the truck was mine if I wanted it. Off I went! Drove the truck, loved it immediately! The paperwork was done when I got there, all I had to do was sign it. This was an outstanding experience! I highly recommend Chrysler of Culpeper to anyone in the market. James made my experience better than I could’ve imagined. Thank you all!!!

Great People !
I bought a 2019 Charger from these guys recently, a very nice experience indeed. They were informative and as fair as a car dealer can be.

My Ram purchase was flawless
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase from Chrysler of Culpeper. I drove 4 hours for a great deal, and Thurston was great from start to finish. No haggling, great price, and more for my trade. Their initial offer was more than $2500 less than any other dealer I talked with. By far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I would make the drive again in a heartbeat.

Trying to purchase used car
Made a cash out the door offer for used car the salesman that was helping me said the price was 8000.00 I told him out the door at that price then this mgr said 699 more for filing papers no taxes just a way to squeeze more money out of you I offered cash in your hand out the door there is no reason to pay 699 to fill out a sales paper doesn’t look like they are worried about selling cars here not salesman fault but managers

Should have never taken my Jeep in for service.
I really hate leaving a bad review, but my email asked me to. I loved my Jeep until I took it in for service and recalls. It's not been the same. The transmission now slips, my liftgate fails to life quite often. Both things supposedly corrected on recalls. I wasn't having any problems before taking it in for service and regret it terribly as I must keep this vehicle for a long time. I called about the problem right away and was given some strange explanation about the 'slipping' and that it was normal in the newer vehicles, yet friends have the same vehicle & don't have a problem. After learning from mechanics that makes no sense at all, I called my salesman to get his thoughts before my daughter purchased a Jeep also and given the same lame excuse. Live and learn (and pay bigtime:( Never again!! Unless I have a problem no recall corrections for me. The service techs were very accommodating and kind but that doesn't help my Jeep run any better.
