Great customer service!

The entire car buying experience here was fantastic! No pressure sales tactics. Anthony really listened to what I was looking for in a family vehicle and worked with me to find the right fit.

2019 Ram

Very good customer service. Thurston Carpenter was excellent!! Had the vehicle ready with a good fair price!! No issues gave me a fair trade for my trade in.

Excellent Experience

We found the car we were looking for through Truecar, and were very pleased with the dealership, our salesman, and the length of time, 2 1/2 hours from start to driving the car home!

Outstanding experience

We used Dodge’s price and build web site to build the cars with the options we wanted to see, on a ’19 Challenger and a ’19 Charger. We wanted to look at both models with similar options and styles (Scat Packs). Chrysler of Culpepper had both models in stock with good pricing shown online. Called and spoke to Todd, who was very friendly and helpful. Since we live in Northern VA, which is over an hour drive to their Dealership, we wanted to make sure they had both vehicles in stock before we left. Upon arriving both were pulled up, out front. We drove both and decided to run some numbers – which in every Dealership we have worked with have been very painful process. But to our surprise Todd and the management team were very quick running numbers and giving us the various options on down payment amounts, interest rates and time frames for various loans amounts. They even gave us a fair price for our trade in. Once we decided on which car (Challenger Scat Pack wide body plus). We then met with Josh in Finance - again based upon experience - not looking forward to this, but again were very pleasantly and surprised no pushy hard sell - very up front 15-minute process. Overall the BEST by far experience buying a car that I can remember. I can say this is, by fair, well worth the drive from Northern VA, to deal with Chrysler of Culpepper. They were outstanding to deal with and would highly recommend going to Culpepper, vey customer friendly. Thank you, Todd, Josh and the Management team, you Guys did a great job.

They have a sign in front. We buy cars hassle free. Well I believe it is a scam to get you to stop in. I took my Subaru Lagecy in to sell. They test drove it. Ran the car fax report. Offered me a trade in value for the car towards another one. But I was not looking to buy another vehicle. They would not buy the Subaru but if I wanted to trade it in they would give me $5,500 towards a new one. Sounds crooked to me. Wondering has anybody sold them a car with out buying one?

Very easy to work with; Great Customer Service!

Everyone was great, from Thurston, our sales consultant, to Kevin, the finance manager. Got the vehicle I wanted for an affordable price. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great customer service

Picked up a new to me car yesterday from James. He got me into something I really liked well within my price range. Has me in and out of there quickly. I would recommend them to everybody I know. All around great experience!!! Great job guys!!

Awesome Experience!

Huge inventory, competitive prices, helpful staff and easy process. You won't go wrong here and it's worth the drive if you are from out of the area. We worked with Thurston and he took great care of us. Alex is another salesman there who is ready willing and able to make sure you get what you need as well.

Great to deal with - recommend to everyone

They had a used 2019 Jeep on line- I called about it and talked to Thurston. He gave me all the information - I gave him the VIN for our trade and he said he would call me back. Got a call within 1 1/2 hours with a total price and the details. He said he had several inquiries but I was the first and I asked for some time to talk to my wife and let him know. Most dealers would jump ship first thing for a sure sale but he had the integrity to hold off and give my wife and I the time to discuss it that night. I called and left him a message that night we would take it, he called first thing the next day and we finalized everything. We made the deal, I sent the money that day. 2 days later drove 4 1/2 hours, the Jeep was clean, fueled and ready to go. Did the paperwork and left within the hour. I have bought several vehicles out of state - online but this was the easiest transaction I have completed yet. My hat is off to Thurston and the dealership for sticking with me giving me the opportunity to purchase this Jeep. Thank You to All!
