Horrible Service

I visited this dealership with hopes of purchasing another new vehicle. I stopped by on March 31st, and after completing the application and finally deciding on the right vehicle, I was told to come back on Monday and we'd finish the deal because the banks had already closed. I called that Monday was informed that my salesman wasn't there that day. I called the next day, and was informed that my salesman was no longer there. Since March 31st, 2018, I have contacted this dealership at lease 10 x's to find out what which lender had the best deal. I've been told the new salesman is either with another customer, at lunch, not available at the moment, off but will be in later and still no return phone call. I've never been to a dealership that treats it's clients like this. The sad part of it all, is that I was referred to this dealership by my parents whom BOTH have just purchased vehicles from Chrysler or Culpeper. It's unfortunate that we couldn't do business and keep Chrysler running thru the family blood.

Business Owner/Contractor

I had a deal on a truck agreed to price with General Sales Manager over the phone. The paperwork came over with administration charge of additional $699 and total price of truck ended up being another $500 more on top of that. Agreed price was discussed as out the door. No Problem! They are not the only dealer in the country with vehicles for sale. It is a shame that the salesman lost sale due to the general manager changing the deal. Be careful of dealer administration charges and misc fees that they put on closing documents. Administration fees are out of wack! basically they are charging you $699 for typing the document. Some states have limits to these amounts and others do not. another way to mark up the price of a vehicle.

Great experience purchasing a new Jeep!

I went in looking to test drive a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude and drove home in one that night thanks to the great customer service provided by my knowledgeable sales consultant Cody and my helpful finance manager Eddie. They both made the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle practically painless with great attention to detail. I am thrilled with my new car and would highly recommend Chrysler of Culpeper to anyone looking for a good deal on a great car!

Todd Fullmer & Team Schick

My wife and I haven't bought a new vehicle since 2003. Like most we HATE the car buying process. Todd was my appointed Sales Agent. Zero pressure. If he didn't know the answer or wasn't sure he didn't sugar coat it......he looked into it. We had been hammered with medical bills and lingering miscellaneous debt from our children's health issues. Team Schick searched and provided a variety of options to get us into a brand new Jeep Cherokee. Thanks a MILLION TEAM SCHICK!!!

BUYER BEWARE...

Let me start by saying that I am a very informed consumer and have bought 7 new cars in the past 7 years so I understand how internet pricing works. I can read the 'fine print' to see what isn't included and in this case that would be $1095 for destination charge and $589 for dealer fee. I also understand how rebates work and I happen to live in TX where we are currently getting $4000 rebate vs $2000 rebate in VA. Their lack of effort to earn my business was disappointing and their quote on my price inquiry came back much higher than expected. This was from poor advertising tactics and failing to include necessary info in the 'fine print'. But, the fact that they adjusted (removed) $2000 off of their advertised price, in their favor - just seems shady! This results in them getting an additional $2000 in rebates but not forwarding this to me, the consumer. Hey Culpeper... I get your advertising blunder and I can accept that one but when you have an advertised price you should honor it!!! Buyer beware... my suggestion is to shop elsewhere because they simply don't care... when I contacted the "management" team - no one made any attempts to contact me to discuss this issue.

Great dealings AFTER sale

I bought my Cherokee through Sam in January 2017. I've been back to the dealership a number of times for service and to check on the installation of accessories. Each time I come in I see Sam and he remembers me. He smiles, shakes my hand, exchanges pleasantries and is sincere. He REALLY cares. It's not all "sell cars" with him. He builds confidence so WHEN I do think of buying a car, I will go to MY FRIEND, Sam. Michael Lempke

Outstanding Salesman - Thurston Carpenter

Thurston Carpenter was an excellent salesman who would go an extra mile for his customers. We were searching for a while for the right vehicles for myself and my wife and with his help we found those vehicles at Culpeper of Culpeper.
