Great Leasing Experience

My wife and I recently leased a Ford Explorer from Laird Noller and were extremely impressed with the customer service that we received. Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with and made the experience extremely easy - I will certainly be returning to Laird Noller in the future, and would recommend that others do the same!

Service for oil change and tire rotation.

Tyler was very friendly and personable. He is an excellent customer service representative for your dealership. He greeted us when we came in and was quick and accurate with the service we requested.

Sorry they gave up the Mitshibushi dealership

I do love my Outlander. It's the fifth Mitshibushi we have owned. All got over 200,000 miles. We gave our daughter a diamanté that got about 360. I'll have to go to a dealership that carries Mitshibushi. I do like Tyler and the quicklube. I highly recommend it. 5 stars there. However a dealership is just a path to the vehicle you want so that's the reason for my review.

THIS TIME FOR ALIGNMENT AND REPLACE A PIECE

Each and every time I bring my car in for "anything" I receive EXCELLENT SERVICE AND HELPFULNESS. I LOOK FORWARD TO DEALING WITH TYLER. HE IS A WONDERFUL REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR DEALERSHIP AND THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE. MY PROBLEM THIS TIME WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN A SWIFT AND TIMELY MANNER. Also the gentleman who drove me home was very, very polite, friendly and a joy to ride with. i appreciate the fact that you are in my home town and I can deal with you personally.

Great dealership no pressure I like that.

Mike was a great salesman, no pressure good to work with, knew the vehicle. The whole staff was very friendly and easy to get along with. Great place! Just wish I could of met the owner.

Service was very friendly. It was my first time there and they were very helpful and professional. It didn't take my car any more than an hour. It was very quick, and I will definitely go there for my oil changes from now on.

Best experience buying a new car

When my wife's old CX-7 started to produce funny noises I suspected that I might face an expensive repair. Yet, when I learned that the turbine was damaged, I realized that this will not worth it, and it is time to look for something new. She was at home with kids, and I had to make the decision on my own, sounds scary, uh? Man, newer ever you should sign in for anything like that. Girl's perception of good car is totally different! Nevertheless, I had an idea of what she might like, very vague, though. Patiently waiting, while i was trying to communicate with my wife over the phone, Jerry helped me to narrow down the list to four cars, which I took for test drive. After which they were two: 2016 Mazda CX-5 versus 2016 Mazda 6. Since CX-5 and CX-7 are in the same body, I wanted to show Mazda 6 to my wife. Jerry offered me to take it home for few hours - brand new Mazda-6 Grand Turing with all these bells and whistles installed - in hot red metallic body. Kid were very excited - mostly about navigation system. They can see the screen from the back sit and "control" the trip. Also they loved the possibility to connect phones via Blue tooth to make phone calls and listen to their music collection. So, easy to please those little ones, uh? Gratefully, my wife also fell in love with this car after making few circles around city and driving on a high way; this was great, at least I managed to please her with this choice. Then it was a boring routine - trading in my old car, applying for financing, choosing the protection packages. Cody was more than helpful whiling to negotiate the prices and constantly reprinting new calculations while me (and my wife - mostly) were trying to come up with the best way to arrange the payments. We were done with negotiations at 7:55 pm - 5 minutes before the end of the working day. Everybody stayed for another hour going through the necessary paperwork to close the deal, and Jerry stayed even longer, almost till 9:45 pm showing me how to deal with electronics and helping me to customize the settings. So, it was very pleasant experience, I wanna thank Jerry Cody and Jeff for their patience and help with this purchase.
