Kaylor, my salesman, was very courteous. He listened to me, and was very helpful. No bull... He explained how everything worked on the car I chose. We went for a test drive. I drove away with a new car, after meeting the Business Manager, Brendon, he was great too. This was the best atsomphere I've ever been in at dealership.

Oil Change and 45,000 miles check up
During my routine maintenance it was discovered that I had break issues. Jessica kindly explained the issue in great detail (I don't know much about breaks). It was such a problem, the dealership paid for the parts to be shipped overnight. They were installed the next day and I didn't have to worry about my breaks! Also the drop off and pick up process was very smooth and I was given a shuttle ride multiple times, which was extremely convenient. I was very pleased with my experience and shall return.

Receive great service on my Escape. In and out in just minutes, professionals and courteous. On this day it was raining and cold after they finished changing my oil they turned the car around so I could leave in the garage and stay out of the weather. Thanks again

The service was okay but not Alex
I didn't appreciate the amount of winking Alex was doing to me. I felt it was very disrespectful. I also was upset that he attempted to charge me for services I told him I didn't want.
