I came to Laird Noller to just take a look at what they had and Sean met me in the lot and introduced himself. We looked a a few models and I was interested in one but explained my wife was not one who liked dealing with salesmen in general. Sean was most accommodating and allowed me to take a truck ho that I really liked. My wife appreciated being able to look the truck over and as usual pointed out the things I had not considered with this model. Well, after returning explaining these to Sean he was able to find a truck that hit all the bells. Long story short, the next day we came in a Sean had the truck ready to go and we had our new/used truck. The truck had a shimmy we noticed the very next day and Sean had the service department balance all the tires and smoothed the ride to our complete satisfaction. All in all our we got a good deal on the truck, a good trade in on our older truck and even a few follow up calls from Sean asking how everything is going. My wife and I appreciate Sean's service and willingness to work with us on our purchase. We will recommend Sean to anyone we know who is looking for a used car/truck and will go to him with our next vehicle purchase.

Jessica was very helpful as usual. Their service techs found a couple filters that definitely needed changing during my visit and the overall cost for the visit was still reasonable.
