I was looking for a relatively cheap but reliable used vehicle. I found it an Laird Noller in Lawrence. The salesman was friendly and answered all questions I had. The entire staff was friendly, offering drinks and snacks.

I was in an accident almost two weeks ago in my 07 Ford Fusion, and it was a total loss. I looked around and saw one a few at the local dealership and I scheduled an appointment to take a look at a few. When I arrived, Tony met me amd my girlfriend outside and had a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL pulled up and was really well prepared. He answered all of my questions. I couldn't have picked a better person to sell me a car. And when the time comes to get a new vehicle, I know exactly where I am going, and who I want as my salesperson.

A Pleasant Car Buying Experience
The experience at Laird Noller , Lawrence, KS with Josh Hoke was from beginning to end a very pleasant one. Josh was helpful and knowledgeable without being in an way pressuring. He is a good listener and I do believe has the best interests of the cusomer in mind. A nice touch was that it was remembered that I had mentioned the purchase of the Lincoln MKC would be a birthday present to myself. When I entered the dealership to make the final purchase, the Lincoln was on the showroom floor, with a large red and gold bow across the hood; festive and fun for me! Customer Service Matters
Everytime I go into LNA for an oil change, Tyler is always there to assist me with the time meeting my schedule. Literally, Tyler knew I had another appointment to make, and ran to my truck to get me into the shop. That is why I go back to LNA for my service, the folks there like Tyler have earned my loyalty.
